Mont-Saint-Michel full day

Home to a charming little village, crowned by a beautiful abbey, it was built in 708 CE when Archangel Michel ordered the construction of a sanctuary to the bishop of Avranches.

The monastery was then replaced by a Benedictine abbey that welcomed pilgrims who came to worship the archangel, in the 10th Century.
